• Develop and create. Work with key marketing personnel to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
  • Execute and manage. Oversee and manage all aspects of content creation including ideation, production and distribution for social media channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Embrace collaboration. Collaborate with key marketing personal to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all content to foster a creative work environment, encouraging idea-sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize future content strategies.
  • Identify trends & opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging content formats/platforms to continuously innovate and improve content offerings. Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content decisions.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience
  • Skilled storyteller through video and photography with a strong portfolio of accomplished works
  • Possesses knowledge of camera all equipment regarding photography/videography/audio ( Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length, waveforms)
  • Ability to capture, edit, and produce video, photography, and audio content (multi-cam editing, video ratioing)
