ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Adhere to the site safety, health, and environmental policies and programs.

• Function as project manager, coordinating the activities of engineers, designers, technicians, and contractors to accomplish project objectives.

• Develop, design, and coordinate the implementation of engineering projects, plans, and programs as assigned.

• Prepare project scopes and objectives, estimates of project costs, projected installation schedules, and technical reports.

• Prepare bid documentation, conduct bid walkthroughs, and analyze bids.

• Support Root Cause Analysis efforts and implement corrective actions.

• Serve as a site technical resource for efficient operation and maintenance of plant equipment.

• Other functions as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• BS degree in an engineering discipline or related experience

• Proven accomplishments in an industrial environment required.

• PMP ® Certification, preferred.

• Trained in at least one Root Cause Analysis methodology at a facilitator level, preferred.

• Must have proven administrative, organizational, and solid oral and written communication skills.

• Must have demonstrated proficiency with personal computers, calculators, various test and measuring devices, hand tools, power tools, office equipment, cell phones, etc.

• Must be a self-starter and have ability to work without constant supervision.

• Must possess the ability to direct associates such as engineers, technicians, field service personnel, craftsmen, and contractors.
