Turner Staffing Group is hiring a Fire Assay Technician to support one of our mining clients near Tok, Alaska. If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in fire assay techniques and enjoy working in a remote, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Perform fire assay sample preparation and fusion using lead collection methods.
Weigh and mix samples and reagents accurately following standard operating procedures.
Operate and maintain furnaces and other lab equipment safely and efficiently.
Record and report assay results with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Schedule & Benefits:

Day shift position.
Shuttle transportation available from Fairbanks to site.
Room and board provided near the jobsite.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in fire assay or laboratory work strongly preferred.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and handling high-temperature equipment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
